STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®is the most known independent control and certification system in the world that tests the use of harmful substances at all stages of textile production, from raw materials to finished products. The STANDARD is a guarantee that the product has been tested against the use of harmful substances and that it is safe in human-ecological point of view. The requirements of the certification go beyond national and international safety standards established by law and the test includes the verification of regulated and unregulated substances, as well as those prohibited.

We collaborate with Sedex, a non-profit organization committed to increasing the spread of ethical principles along global supply chainsand which is the largest platform in Europe that collects and processes data on the ethical behaviour of supply chains.
The Sedex methodology has not created a new certification standard, but has proposed a procedure (SMETA), which our company adopts for itself to conduct audits at its suppliers, collecting best practices regarding the conduct of audits in an ethical and social way. Sedex thus makes it possible to manage supply chain risks and improve working conditions.

We have obtained GOTS certification to resell hats and caps made of 100% organic cotton, in accordance with the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).

This standard is endorsed by leading international organizations in organic agriculture. It ensures that products, both intermediate and finished, contain natural fibers from organic agriculture. Additionally, it emphasizes traceability throughout the entire production process, restricts the use of chemicals, and enforces environmental and social criteria at all stages of the production chain.

We have obtained GRS certification to resell hats and caps containing at least 20% pre-consumer and post-consumer recycled material, in accordance with the Global Recycled Standard (GRS).

This standard is promoted by Textile Exchange, a prominent non-profit organization in the sustainable and responsible textile sector. The GRS ensures the release of a third-party verified declaration that guarantees the percentage of recycled material and tracks it throughout the entire supply chain process, from material recycling to subsequent manufacturing stages, up to the labeling of the finished product. It also ensures that companies across the production chain have met social, environmental, and chemical requirements.

Thanks to the collaboration withL.C.A. Ambiente, our company is carrying out a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) project, that is a methodological approach aimed to analyzing the environmental impacts of products and services, which consists in compiling and evaluation throughout the life cycle of the incoming and outgoing flows, as well as the potential environmental impacts, of a product system. Through an LCA it is therefore possible to reconstruct the phases that characterize the life cycle of a product/service.

We collaborate with Ritex, a Test Laboratory for the Textile – Clothing and Accessories sector. The laboratory is specialized in consulting, research and analysis, on the product and manufacturing process, to help companies to ensure that their products meet the highest standards of quality and safety in products and/or processes.
